Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Raining Cloud Trust, all donations made are considered final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.

As a registered charitable trust:

• We rely on public goodwill and contributions to serve marginalized communities.

• Donations are used immediately for ongoing and planned projects such as Daily Dignity Meal Project, Grocery Grace Kits, RTI advocacy, and educational aid.

• Hence, once a donation is processed, no request for cancellation or refund will be entertained under any circumstances.
