At Raining Cloud Trust, our primary mission is charitable service through various projects including nutrition, education, and spiritual upliftment. While most of our work involves direct distribution to beneficiaries, we may also dispatch books or printed materials related to our trust's mission to donors, partners, or participants.

📌 1. Product Dispatch (Books and Materials)

• In case you have requested or received books, teaching materials, or publications from us, they will be dispatched within 3–4 working days from the date of confirmation.

• Dispatch is generally done via XpressBees, Delhivery, or a reliable courier partner.

• Tracking details will be provided (if applicable) by email or WhatsApp.

🚫 2. No Delivery of Donated Goods

• Projects like Grocery Grace Kits, Daily Dignity Meals, or Bible Distribution are intended for eligible, verified beneficiaries only.

• These items are not shipped to donors.

• All such aid is delivered in-person through our field volunteers or partner NGOs, based on trust-led verification.

⚠️ 3. Delivery Timelines & Conditions

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, transport strikes, etc.).

• In case of delays, we will inform you via the registered contact details.

• Raining Cloud Trust will not be liable for delays beyond our control.
